Lencam has a customer care and consulting department that is always ready to receive requests and information from you. So as soon as we receive your contact, consultation request or online service registration information, we will contact you immediately by phone or email for further advice.

When you decide to use our service, you can choose the most suitable payment method in the following 4 forms to make payment in a simple and convenient way.

After paying, you just need to scan the receipt or payment authorization form and send it to [email protected] or the email address of the support staff directly, Lencam will initiate the service immediately upon receipt. email and confirm the payment is correct without waiting for the bank to make the transfer.

There are 4 forms of payment support:

Option 1: Collecting fees on the spot

Lencam staff will contact you and schedule a time to collect your fee when we receive your service registration request. This form applies within the inner city of Hanoi and the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City.

Service delivery time: Within 4 working hours after payment

Method 2: Payment via Bank transfer or Internet Banking

You can go to any Bank Transaction Office, ATM or use the Internet Banking feature to transfer money to one of the following accounts:
